We work with technology teams across a range of industries and help connect qualified professionals with roles that match their experience and technical strengths. LOCATION & ELIGIBILITY: This opportunity is remote within the United States. Applicants must currently reside in the US. Any work-authorization requirements will be confirmed for the specific client opportunity. What you'll do  Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable, scalable software applications.  Collaborate with engineers, product stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.  Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and contribute to code reviews.  Troubleshoot issues, improve application performance, and support ongoing development.  Participate in technical planning and communicate progress, risks, and solutions effectively. What we're looking for  At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.  Strong understanding of software development principles, debugging, and modern engineering practices.  Hands-on experience with one or more relevant technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.  Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, databases, testing, or distributed systems is an advantage.  Strong problem-solving, written communication, and collaboration skills.
