How much do candidate unlock credits cost?

One credit unlocks one candidate.

  • 1 credit: $49 (USD)
  • 5 credits: $199, which is $39.80 per credit
  • 20 credits: $699, which is $34.95 per credit
  • Per-Job Hiring Pass: $299 to unlock as many matched candidates as you want on one active job for 90 days

What is a candidate unlock credit, and what does an unlock include?

A credit is what you pay for. One credit unlocks one candidate. An unlock includes the evidence dossier with the candidate's own words, the original CV, the Jo Standardized CV, an interview guide, and a 90-day onboarding guide. Your organization has 90 days of access. Seeing a match before you unlock is free.

How does the Per-Job Hiring Pass work?

For $299 USD you can unlock as many matched candidates as you want on one active job for 90 days. It suits roles where you expect to review and interview many candidates.

Do credits expire?

Paid credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and are used oldest first. After you unlock a candidate, you can access that profile for 90 days.

Can I see an unlocked candidate on more than one job if there is a match?

Yes. Once you unlock a candidate, that unlock covers every job they match during the 90 days.

What if a match is wrong or I was charged in error?

If a match was clearly wrong or if you were charged in error, get in touch and we'll make it right.

Is Jo free for candidates?

Yes. Candidates never pay to build a profile, talk to Jo in the browser or by phone, or be matched with employers.
